That's the point. You can't judge underwear you haven't lived in. Worn and washed is covered.
Do I really not send it back?
Really. Nobody should have to post used underwear, and we'd have to throw it away anyway.
Which pairs are covered?
One pair, on your first order from getsyncd.in. The promise is there so your first pair is risk-free. It isn't there to cover a whole drawer.
I bought a 2-pack or 3-pack. What about the rest?
The promise covers one pair. If you're unsure, try one first and keep the others sealed. Sealed, unworn pairs can come back for a refund within 30 days.
