that's the whole point. you can't judge underwear you haven't lived in. worn and washed is exactly how we want you to test it.
do I have to send the underwear back?+
no. keep the pair, whether we replace it or refund you. we're not asking you to package up and post used underwear, that's a hassle nobody needs.
how long do I have?+
30 days from the day it lands at your door. enough time to test it across a full cycle of real days.
what counts as "it didn't work"?+
leaks, ride-up, or a fit that's just wrong. tell us what happened and we'll make it right, a better size or your money back.
how do I claim?+
email hello@getsyncd.in with your order number and we sort it. replacements ship free; refunds go back to your original payment method.
