Return Policy

We want your first pair to work. If it doesn't — wrong fit, or just not for you — message us within 30 days and we'll refund it. Don't send it back. Don't explain, unless you want to, in which case it helps us get better.

The limits: one pair, first-time customers, website orders. We can't take back worn underwear past that first pair, so on a Duo or Starter, keep the extras sealed if you might return them. Amazon orders follow Amazon's policy.
